I contacted BB for a 40th present for my partner. I was after a quick turnaround and from the moment of contact I got the best customer service! Quick responses, a clear vision of what I was getting and some design options to help me choose. Pricing was very transparent and while on the pricey side compared to mainstream retailers after receiving our ring I can absolutely see why. The quality is amazing, a beautiful and solid well constructed ring which i Ocan see will last a lifetime. I received my ring about a week after ordering much quicker then i expected. Absolutely beautiful packaging and something I think he will treasure forever and pass down to our boys. Thanks Benjamin Black and Holly and the team for your help.

Over the moon with the ring I organized for my son's 21st. The whole experience with Holly designer amazing- so thorough, professional. Loved the updates on progress-was able to see the mock-up before it was made which gave me full confidence to give them the green light - haven't received the ring yet but have seen a pic and it looks better than I could have imagined- Thanks Holly and Benjamin!

I cannot speak highly enough of the repair of my (58 year old) engagement ring Benjamin Black undertook for me. His work is superb and he went out of his way to undertake this work while I was only briefly in Nelson. Additionally, I found him to be extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I cannot recommend him highly enough and any further jewellery repairs I need done will be saved until I next visit Nelson and I am able to visit his premises in Bridge Street.

I could not recommend Benjamin Black Goldsmiths highly enough. I contacted them to make a very special signet ring for my sons 30th birthday in November, one with the family crest. The lovely Holly responded and over 80 emails later we have an absolutely exquisite piece made by Ben. My sons birthday isn’t until November but I wanted to have plenty of time to get it just right. No question was ever a problem, and there were many back and forth. All our requests were treated with the utmost respect and care. Getting it right for us was their main goal.
