Ultra Dog Food

in the last weekI am a breeder, and have had to change my recent litter's food because, once again, Ultra Pet Food has not delivered my order. I ordered via telephone two weeks ago, stating that it was urgent. My previous order online was delivered a week and a half late, and the one prior to that was never delivered. I have left messages on their voicemail, emailed and still, two weeks later, have had no response. Atrocious service for a product that I wouldn't recommend to anyone with dogs living indoors as the fishy smell is very unpleasant and the odour clings to the animals. I will be taking Ultra Pet Food to small claims court for my refund which they are refusing to contact me about.

My dog's condition improved markedly after changing to Ultra adult buttons. A top quality product from a friendly team with great service.
