ATM - Bank of New Zealand

Was served by a very rude American lady named josanna. Told me I couldn’t get a new card without asking for any details as to why I wanted it. Tried to refuse issuing the card and had to be told to that this is a service you provide and you should be giving it to me. She Tried to deny me getting a new card because of losing so many cards even though she had not served me in nearly a year and had not even looked at a computer yet. She then announced that I had gotten a new card afew months ago and that these cards are for stolen cards “not for people who just leave them at home” even though she had not even asked me why I needed the card. When I asked her her name and told her I will be complaining she replied with a “that’s nice, have a good day” it was very snarky and I no longer feel comfortable going into this branch. Very unhappy with the service and the attitude. Very Unprofessional and snarky.
