I have to give them a 3Fixed our washing machine did a quick good job washing machine has never skipped a beat since the reason for low review is the bill when we picked machine up they didn't have the bill ready so the they said we will send it to you no problem waited for it to turn up and then forgot about it 3 months later we get a call from baycorp saying we owe money to plunket electrical since we picked up machine there has been no phone calls no no letter in the post nothing its 70 dollar bill no issues in paying it just disappointing how they handled this

Service was really good but getting charged multiple travel costs and for a drill bit and cable ties just seemed a bit pathetic

This was not going to be the a normal run of the mill job as access to the roof cavity is non existent, but this company ( not like others in the Oamaru ) came around, Emailed us a price, We called them to confirm job price ( adding new power outlets interior & exterior ). We sorted out a time and day they would begin our job. They came on time, worked diligently, clean workers, didn't leave any bits of wiring lying around. We are very satisfied with there work ethics and would have no problem recommending them to others who want electrical work done. Thank you guys, we appreciate everything done in a timely manner. Prompt and fixed all our issues even tlhough it was getting late

Rang three times to get an appointment over een periode of two days. Three times promised they will get back at me. Never got a call nor an appointment. To my opinion bad customer service.
