Googled on the internet and phoned twice in the morning with no answer to either call and no answer service. Drove down there and drove past as road signage was very average. Went back and in and couldn't find any private motor vehicle bays only commercial trucks in every bay. Found the portocom office with no one in it and a note on the desk saying out to lunch ( was 11am)! No one came to help and only one guy half looked at me while he was outside leaning on a wall txting on his phone. Needless to say I left and went elsewhere. Completely unprofessional, won't ever be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They pointed out a couple of things on our camper that needed a little bit of attention before they got worse, even though they didn't affect the COF.

Took trailer through 32 days ago, had to replace bushes in springs, returned a needed a recheck. Failed for drawbar locking pin which was a padlock which has seen 30 WOF. Renew part and return for recheck which could not be viewed in the front of the office. 1 hour later I am leaving with a WOF for a replaced drawbar pin. Go to your local garage on the corner.

Not very good as the inspector was over picky and it was failing on things that weren't warrantable checks

Closed until 26 nov.Yet their door is wide open.There is a truck trailer in the bay.Looks like they're open.BUT : THERE IS A TINY SIGN SAYING CLOSED.
