Travis, is an excellent person to work with. He has completed a number of building maintenance projects for us on different sites. All these projects were finished to very high standards and the work represented good value. We had a pipe bursting in our house, in the wall between the kutchen and the bathroom. Travis was recomended to us by my partner's parents and from Day 1 he was with us, guiding us, organising for us, he took charge of mostly everything. When the insurance settled, he gathered the people we needed for the renovations and got all hands on deck straight away. Very reliable and professional. I can only recommend Maintain Property !

Travis was referred to us by our kitchen designer. He was always prompt, kept us informed as to what was what and what was happening. Went the extra mile in the little things and oversaw every little detail. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great job done at a reasonable cost.

I own a ppty next door to one this company manages, the tenant chosen by them is a troubled one with a very checkered past who is known by police...threatened me & is disrupting the entire street. After several complaints from various people including police involvement, this company has done absolutely nothing. They are not at all savvy with the Residential Tenancies Act & even though the tenant is in continual breach of their tenancy agreement ....still....they have not done anything! I would not use them to manage a property I owned!
