All-round excellent service. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Kennards made it easy for all aspects of storage, including options for insurance, transport and rubbish disposal. Safe and secure facility with easy access at any time. It was easy to begin and end renting a unit, even at short notice, with the added bonus of promptly refunding unused rent. Prices were affordable with a student discount available. Highly recommended.

Shona and the team are amazing, a wide range of sizes and prices to suit anyone. I had a lock up for close to 2 years and while I never really checked on it I knew all my stuff was safe. If required I will definitely come back to use a storage unit here.

Friendly, helpful staff and easy process. Love not being locked into a fixed term and having 24/7 access. Felt very safe and secure - definitely happy to leave my belongings with them. Would use them in the future if required again!

Highly recommend Kennards. It was quick and easy to get a storage unit online, and in person to get the 24/7 access code; and I found it to be one of the cheapest in Palmy. They also sell padlocks on-site which is good, saved me having to go elsewhere to source one when I was moving my things into storage.

Kennards palmy team have been so awesome to deal with the past couple of years that I’ve had my storage unit. Always friendly when visiting and the common area of the storage facility have always been tidy. I’ve felt very secure leaving my belongings here and have always trusted that the facility will manage security well. Never had an issue and happy to pay a little bit more for that extra piece of mind
