Good:- decent size room, spacious and clean- well equipped kitchenette and toiletCan be improved:- very bad wifi. Kept getting disconnected every few minutes. So disappointing.- water stopped halfway while washing dishes. The entire apartment had no water totally, including shower and toilet. Imagine how bad it will be if we were showering halfway. Water stopped for 20mins and resumed.- Second room has no heating beside the bed. Gets pretty cold unless you are on the heated bed.Probably wouldn't recommend to anyone.Edited after response from owner:Thanks to owner for explaining the 9pm water repairs by town council. It would have been great if we were informed during check in so we can avoid using the water during that 30mins.I would also like to clarify the broken glassware. We did not drop it. We were heating hot water and it shattered. And why we did not inform your reception about feeling cold and wifi services was because we were told to clean up the broken pieces ourselves and I accidentally cut my hand. By the time we were done, settled down and tried the wifi, it was already late.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely clean units with very comfortable beds. The host was very helpful and friendly. Definitely value for your money. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights here with 3 teens. Close to the beach, and everything else. Facilities clean and suitable. Would stay again if we were to do another trip to Hokitika.

We arrived late and in the rain and scheduled the wrong day. Even with it being the busy season, the kindly adjusted and provided a beautiful room for the night.

Very clean, welcoming and good value for money. Ideally located. Walking distance from the beach and centre of town. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Apart from couple shoes found under a bed very clean powerful hot shower. Good beds. Great value. 5 min walk to town

Best motel shower I've ever had. Great accommodation. One thing to watch out for is that some units don't have ovens so if you want an oven, ask for one of those units. We managed using the microwave but it wasn't ideal.
