I know the business well. I would recommend running as far as you can from this business. He consistently adds time on to jobs, making the customer pay more. Often, he will also charge you for things you aren't receiving. (eg MS licenses, antivirus). Does everything he can to squeeze money from the customer. Also, will pay engineers peanuts and treats them like trash.
