Realising I didn’t have a dinner suit ordered for a big ball and 24 hours out from the big event I called Richard. Richard and his team went above and beyond the call of duty for me today. Within 3 hours of calling, and then visiting his shop in Lambton Quay, I had my dinner suit in my hands. Talk about being a life saver! Such a lovely, warm and friendly experience. This is a Customer Service exemplar on how it should be done and how it is done at Hartford’s Menswear! Thank you Richard!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. They are at the upper ends of the price range but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a cheap suit then this isn't what you are looking for, but if you are after good value quality then definitely pay them a visit.

My experience in-store today was outstanding. Anthony was incredibly helpful and was extremally knowledgeable on products. He knew the right questions to ask and the right products to show.His attention to detail, his time, and care taken with me are all hallmarks of quality service. I am pleased to say, that I highly recommend Harford's and hold Anthony in extremally high regards. Richard helped me choose the perfect outfit for a last minute client meeting. He was professional and friendly while also providing a critical eye for detail. I only wish I lived in Wellington to visit his store more often. It's a wonderful selection of men's fashion that is up to date and versatile.
