I received excellent service from Pack & Send Tauranga. They went to my elderly Mother's resthome in Tauranga to collect some pre-packed boxes and to packed up a 42 TV & wooden glory box. Mum said they were very friendly & professional and they also adhered to all the resthome protocols we are currently living with. The items arrived safely in Christchurch. I was extremely pleased with how well the items had been packaged this ensured nothing was damaged or broken. The service was very professional from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending Pack & Send Tauranga. Thank you."

Have just had the pleasure of dealing with Kent from Tauranga branch over the phone dealing with me over a two week period causing him some headaches no doubt.Nothing but polite, courteous, efficient and professional. As the first interaction a remote customer has with the business, I can say that Kent is the reason I chose to go with Pack & Send over everyone else despite being at a higher price point than the other quotes.Stay awesome Kent! Great service. Haven't yet received the parcel, but if I receive it in good condition in a timely manner, I will leave this review as is.

Absolutely highly recommended. Professional and in a very timely manner. This kind of service is vital for us when we need to claim back hardware from ex employees working from home. This company can pick up and pack anything you need them to. So easy to get a quote. State what you need picked up, if you need it packing and where it's going. The staff were amazingly helpful! I needed to send off an electronic device abroad (to the UK) and they were really helpful with the whole process. I just brought the device so they could check it and the lithium battery details for the right postage type. They also sorted out the packaging of the device too.Highly recommended them!

Amazing service all round -collecting some fragile family heirlooms, professionally packing them and shipping them overseas - all at a very reasonable cost and with great communication. Fantastic service. Trent and his staff did a great job of packing and sending a very precious large ceramic Elephant to myself in Qld. A very reasonable rate for such a huge job. Only complaint was that the tracking did not work so we were completely overwhelmed when he turned up only 5 days after my seeing him off in Tauranga.
