After being a regular student for 2 semesters in total , I reached out to reception to book private tutoring. Waisted my time/energy/money trying to sort my private classes with no luck. After paying a thousand dollars up front, the staff could not handle the booking properly and keept suggesting alternatives that was not agreed at payment.Even to get a refund was a drama.Oh hey, they offered me 10% off for the inconvenience/miscommunication for a future return. HAHAThe problems were: miscommunication, unprofessionalism, disorganisation, lack of customer service, not able to follow up properly, lack of training, being straight forward about being able to provide the service or not, etc.Please learn somewhere else!

An excellent place to learn Francaise and French culture. Staff are very friendly and professional.

wasting our time trying to figure out ourselves which class to enrol our kid. they charge you for the 1st time you attend(trial day), all abt $$$. they are unable to guide you, also teachers lack of experience teaching pre-schoolers.
