ASB Tauranga Crossing Branch

Staff members seem to be uneducated and don't know what they are talking about. We went to several branchs to set everything up for a online transfer overseas. We explicitly ask for the access to sent money to an European bank account while we are in Europe. This apparently is not possible before setting up multiple steps (including long distance phone calls with charges) that we would have done prior to the trip if they would have advised us to. Now we are forced to go through the process of background checks and security checks with fees to arrange for the simple task that would have taken Meir hours in the bank.Don't take staff members words as truths.

Staff members don't know proper procedures, they don't answer phones calls and delay fixing problems. Hopeless

0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I would go to Karen's Diner and be yelled at and absued by the staff more than having to wait over an hour for a highly understaffed bank. Problem is, if I wanted to go anywhere else I couldn't. This is pretty much the only ASB branch in Tauranga. Why i choose to continue banking here I don't know.

They have no knowledge about bank just stat and like gurd .

Have been waiting for nearly an hour to make a $4 deposit. Nowhere to put a deposit bag for a business. 2 staff members = unnacceptably slow service. Ridiculous.

We have been asked to ring back the bank with an urgent cc enquiry and after 10 attempts to ring back still nobody to pick up the phone on the other side??? How dare you treating customers like that?

Went to ASB Tauranga Crossing 29 May to make large payment for settlement of new house. Had excellent service from Holly and transaction completed with no problem and within a few minutes.Most impressed with Holly and would certainly recommend her to anyone using the Bank

Visited to present Kiwi Saver withdrawal. papers stamped as received after close checking. They sent them to HO who promptly emailed to say we were missing one of the documents they receipted. Totally hopeless service and very very annoying.
