Leroy Suites Albany

Stayed in this property for about 4 weeks with family.Room was compact and neat.Kitchen supplies were limited . Swimming pool and the Sauna were not ready. In fact , swimming pool is very small in size.Staffs were very helpful.

Good service in room, but they're counting on you not using the amenities.Tried to offer a more expensive suite when we asked for their cheapest.We specifically chose this place to make use of the spa. When we enquired over the phone whether it was a hot tub or just a spa bath, they said we could find photos on the website, but they did not have photos on the website. When we asked to use the spa they gave us a key card and directed us to an apartment building a 5 minute walk away, whose gym and pool they use. The hot tub in the apartment building was terrible. It was cold and would not heat up, it had a cover that could not be used, the facilities weren't clean at all and the access door refused to open, both when entering and leaving. The changing rooms were flooded, used as utility rooms, and didn't have functioning lights, so you'd have to change in the dark.The hotel itself is fine, very luxurious.

We booked the standard room and PAID for the standard room but they gave us the disable access room which doesn’t meet any of the standards on the website. The kitchen is low, we don’t have any space to put our bathroom accessories in the bathroom, there is no sofa which what is included based on the website. The towels are not clean, and the shower curtain has mould...We spoke to the guy at the desk and he mentioned that they were fully booked, so they couldn’t put us in a different room. We mentioned that we paid for the standard room and that we weren’t happy, we asked for the manager on duty. But the Manager was not on site, earliest he would be back tomorrow 7pm :s If the hotel was fully booked we would book a different room instead but now we need to stay in this room that doesn’t meet the standards what they are offering on the website and all of this on... New Years Eve.... call them first before booking this hotel!

Really Great little place! Free and convenient onsite parking for our big Pajero truck, so happy about that. Available at short notice, which was so lovely. Very clean, modern, inviting room & amenities. Really impressed there was a washer/dryer in the room with wash powder available. We loved the coffee selection, Jed's bags and coffee pods with nice crema. We would be more than happy to use Leroy's again.

Friendly and professional staff, very nicely furnished ,well equipped rooms, and an extremely comfortable bed. Most comfortable hotel stay I've had and for a great price. Definitely will be staying again

Stayed two nights on the first week they opened. They invested well in the beds, you just sink into them and fall happily into unconsciousness. Nice big flatscreen tv. Excellent/free WIFI connection. 5-10 mins from basically anywhere in Albany. Conveniently placed. The duty manager noticed my friend and I exit the building several times to have a cigarette as our room didn’t have a balcony. He suggested we move into the opposite room to save ourselves the hassle of coming down from the second floor. Didn’t charge us the extra rate for it either. Awesome customer service. Friendly, happy staff. Facilities were great. Clean bathroom, modern. Great kitchen, includes stove. They left us a box of Lindt chocolates on the first night, nice touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to return as price point more than reasonable for standard of service. Going to miss the bed. Best I’ve ever slept in.

Security are of low levelTalk of violence useage of cannabis in there vehicles onsite threats of harm thrown at you if you dont hear properly i get it the people using the facility may not be of thebest standards but the least we would expect is professional decentcy and a professional work ethic not sleeping under tables drunk this has onlybeen my experience and i still live there i just hope the standards from mealamu security are over looked as they are causing more harm than good some days

This building has ruined my neighbourhood due it now being used for emergency housing. The tenants are abhorrent & unsafe, ruining everything they go near !

Lovely, clean facilities with all the mod cons you need for a longer stay (very handy). Perfect location for were we needed to be. Awesome shower as i’m a bit taller :) Bed was soft but was able to take the topper pad off which transformed it to fantastic. Thank you and see you next time.
