Great shop with lovely employees. They recommended a bunch of places to us and told us a bit about Napier's history. The shop has so much to offer. All kinds of small and big treasures.

Fabulous vintage and decadence to boot. Bought a waistcoat and the lady took the time to re-stich a small section that I hadn't noticed. A place that certainly takes you back in time both in friendliness and standard of service., will definitely return!

Within 5 minutes of entering this overstocked and airless shop, my 7 year old son got yelled at by the lady shop attendant for touching a hat, but changed her tune after I made a big purchase - hmmm.When I got home and unwrapped my purchase (velvet beaded jacket/scarf) I noticed two tassels missing at the hem. Upon calling and advising of the problem, she was only too happy to exchange for another one via post.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Items were reasonably priced considering the high quality and craftsmanship. Many items were also in outstanding original condition. Would definitely recommend, and will shop here again

Smells old, customer service was poor and it just wasnt a pleasant place to browse, watching too closely.Replying to owner.It was 9 months ago that we visited!

I absolutely love this shop. It felt like I had stepped back in time as the authenticity of the products was brilliant. I could have spent hours sifting through all the merchandise. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to tell me the history behind the items I bought. The whole experience made my trip to Napier truly memorable and I can't wait to go back.
