Really poor customer service;Cut into my son's eyebrow, however, my son noticed on our drive home. Rang them, and they just denied it and said she saw it however didn't want to say anything, and then changed her story and said my son must have done that to himself. The manager" and the hairdresser just laughed in the background

I don't normally give 5 stars but Nikki from Hair wizards deserves a 10... she did an amazing job coloring my hair today. I was told they weren't doing colors but she made an exception for me. Totally love it. Thanks so much Nikki. So greatful.

Have been here for my toddler twice and the ladies here are fabulous. They were very kind and nice. Will definitely suggest hair wizards. Moreover no appointment which is a plus as we can drop in according to my toddler's mood.

Absolutely horrible. Came back after getting a haircut which was very simple just number 3 razors on back and sides and asked for scissors on the top. The woman cut it too short and absolutely messed up the hair around my ears along with the front not looking horrible. Didn't blend the hair whatsoever like she said. Costed me $30 for this so I was already relatively unhappy when I got home but later that day a friend pointed out I had a huge chunk taken out of the back of my hair. How do you even manage that? And nothing was said about it. I get it people make mistakes but when you mess up that bad it's common courtesy to point out your wrongs and apologize. I am not going back again and if you prefer not to be embarrassed everywhere you go then I suggest you do the same. This shouldn't even be allowed to be open.

They were super fast and efficient concidering it's a walk in place gave my son what he wanted no random long bits or weirdo side burns like hair to go
