A couple of days before new year we rang chilwell for advice and service and got both which was a surprise as were expecting them to be still on holiday...thought I would just be leaving a message ...however they came out within a few hours at a time that suited us and were professional and helpful and were so knowledgeable on what fridge would be more suitable for us ...this is the 2nd time we have used them for our bar fridge in our homeand we would use them again ..many thanks

I had Jason have a look at an Older style pool heatpump which was a bit obscure but Jason seemed to have a very good understanding and diagnosed the problem really quickly. Would highly recommend Chillwell to anyone looking for refrigeration work.

Excellent knowledge of what was best for my small area. Customer service was informative and helpful. Installation technitions were non-invasive to me but the job was done effeciently and correctly. I'm thrilled with my heat pump which works perfectly. I strongly recommend this company.

My air-conditioner blew up on a Wednesday afternoon I rang up the guys at Chilwell they came out to Service Foods found out that it was completely knackered blowing up and I had my new heat pump in the next day that Heat Pump is a gree heat pump And beat all other brands handsdown it is icy cold and absolutely brilliant These guys bent over backwards to help me and I appreciate it greatly the price was better than I expected so well done to chill well and the guys

I use Chillwell for our click and collect refrigeration systems at Countdown throughout the whole of the South Island, installation, servicing, and maintenance. They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with from the boss down to the employees. Our Roll Out schedule has had numerous changes and major disruptions and Chillwell have always accommodated these changes at almost no notice. On time and efficient. I would highly recommend Chillwell to anybody looking for refrigeration specialist.

My refrigerator in my food truck has some problems so i rang chillwell and i got a prompt reply and resolution to my problem. Jason dispatched his tehnician and was on site( Hagley oval) very quick. This technician was so professional and gave me options(repair or replace?) and he sorted my refrigerator in time for the event ( T20) @Hagley oval. Im so pleased with their service and i have no qualms in recommending this company. Keep up the good work!
