What a pleasure it was working with Sarah Yeates from Propery Brokers Rolleston. We recently purchased a house and Sarah was the agent and she was absolutely amazing through the entire process. Friendly, professional and super helpful. If we ever sell a house again we will be using Sarah. Cannot recommend enough!

Property Brokers Rolleston are amazing at what they do. Their Brokers go way above and beyond to help with the sale of your property and nothing is ever an issue or problem for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that was looking to sell a property.

We requested to be released from our contract three weeks early. Angela blocked us on Facebook so we couldn’t review her “5 star” Facebook page. We also cannot comment on her posts.Tony (branch manager) yelled at us and talked over us while we tried to explain our reasons for wanting to be released. He refused to release us. We had to contact the South Island manager (who never responded directly to us) but clearly contacted Tony and got some action.Be aware their contract also makes you pay all their marketing costs including newspaper, base listings, flyers etc. this clause isn’t in the contract with our new agent.Dealing with the manager would put me off this company and any of their agents.
