We had a very difficult job for Rakesh. Our external deck tiles were laid nine years ago with the wrong grout and were never sealed. They looked terrible where the cement grout had bled and discoloured the tiles badly. Rakesh and his team cleaned the tiles, removed the old grout replacing it with epoxy, cleaned again and did two coats of seal while having to accommodate terrible weather which caused extensive delays. Despite this they did the job well and far exceeded our expectations. Rakesh and his team communicated well, were professional and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Rakesh and his team to anyone requiring tiling restoration. Betty and Brent Hyde.

Rakesh and his team re-grouted my deck. They did a great job as It previously leaked on the underside now it is dry and looks perfect. Very reasonable price , polite and expert tradesmen. Highly recommended if you have a similar problem.

We had a complex job for Rakesh and Jaswant. Two main bathrooms and an ensuite needed wall and floor tiles extensively cleaned/refurbished and floor tiles re-grouting. One bathroom. the oldest built in 1860, had been retiled 30 years ago and was looking very dated. The transformation of all 3 bathrooms was amazing and now look better than when they were brand new. Rakesh and his team work very hard, were great to deal with, communicated well, and left our place clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in highly recommending their work

Rakesh and his team were great. Called us back on the sunday night of a long weekend and was able to book us in and do the job the next day. Hard to find a good keen tradie like Rakesh these days. Polite, easy to deal with and a fantastic job on our garage carpet all at a reasonable price. Thanks Rakesh!

Excellent work.. I Had an 2 broken tile in my shower and i was worried about it as they needed to be done in perfect manner then i started searching about it in market and could not find right trady for it then someone suggested me Rakesh kumar from Grout Pro and i contacted him and he Completed all the work and he also provided very good customer service.Strongly recommended if you got similor job.

Rakesh and his assistant renewed the grouting in our walk-in shower and re-sealed the bathroom floor. Their hard work has paid off because our bathroom looks like new again! They also replaced a broken tile in a separate bathroom. A good job very well done.

Just had our tiles cleaned and the grout restored/recoloured by Rakesh and his team - we are very impressed with the finished result. The grout, which was near black after twenty years of neglect is now a smart gray which has completely lightened the room (and highlighted other things that need attention :) ).We found Rakesh to be very personable, professional, obliging, and hard working - highly recommend his services
