Waste of time, charged me $120 for a quote on some spouting for the house, still haven't seen a breakdown of costs, difficult to try and resolve the issues, seem to have no real interest in providing a good helpful service to the customer only lining there pocketsq

Day 8 of lockdown and we had a pipe burst. Called Baxter and Nielson...our preferred plumber....and they had someone around to fix it within an hour. Thanks team....first class service.
