Incredibly disappointing. Was extremely slow only to end up with completely undercooked chips and overcooked fish and the potatoe fritter was a chunky slice of potato dipped in batter and almost raw. Won't be back

Disappointed to say the least taste was poor and not worth the price at all. Fish and chips shouldn't cost $38.00 for scope of wedges, bacon and egg burger, one fish and one spring roll.

I just feel the burgers aren’t worth what you pay for especially when they charge you a dollar or two and don’t notice till you’re home but I’ve gone to burger places where you can get a burger for 6 dollars to 9 and they are just fish shop burgers affordable and mid these are pricey and feels really rip off especially for how much is in the burger if you order a bacon burger you get like two strips I don’t know what I was expecting but I think you should lower prices if they are gonna be like that basically costs two people 27 dollars when I could of got stuff to make them and cheap too but that’s what I get for being lazy lol

Came here about 6 weeks ago with the kids and got fish and chips and it was lovely, great portions and chips were cooked perfectly. Convinced my partner we should get fish & chips tonight and raved about how good it was but tonight was a flat out disappointment. Took 45mins from the time I ordered, after arriving in store to collect and being told it wasn’t far away it was still another 25 minutes. Forgot one of the fish, partner got a grilled piece of fish and it was so over cooked he only ate it because he was starving. Chips were overcooked, hot dog was very small and not nice at all my 2 year old wouldn’t even finish it. Overheard the manager telling other customers that he has recently taken over and it shows because it was completely different to what I got 6 weeks ago. Really disappointed - won’t be back.

This used to be the best place for burgers and fish and chips, but would be the worst now. 40 minute wait for a fish & egg burger, piece of fish, half scoop of chips and 1 hot dog. Fish in the burger was 3 tiny wee off cuts of fish that barely covered the bun. $14.00 for the burger and $26 in total, really poor value and very average. I won't be going back again.

The quality of the fish and chips poor and hotdog couldn't eat very small size for price. Shame really as it could be such a grt little business.
