Drove up today with a slow leak... on a Friday afternoon and they were clearly really busy.Yet, took a look immediately. Diagnosed it as repairable. Then stunned me by saying, I can do it now

I can't put a zero but that's the experience we got. We went there for a check service and change fluids. We got a Grabone coupon. Ok. We stay around because it would take around two hours or so, so we went to the coffee near and we were working there. They finished, we go home. We check what was done. The oil was checked and refilled and all the checks were perfect. Ok. Two hours later we were going to a friend house and five minutes we started hearing noises and the oil lamp was on. What ?? We search for the nearest gas station. We put oil on it because was empty. They we realised was leaking everything. We call to them and someone said he will go to the gas station. He went on a motorbike and bring a filter so he knew they did something wrong. Needles to say, we end up calling our friend she gave us a ride home we stay without the car for all the weekend and on Monday they said they needed more time because all the oil spelled (they supposed to call on Saturday, they never did) and they never call we call them all the time. Finally gave is the car. The car is running but who knows how much damage they did to our car. Definitely won't recommend No-one. Also they call us today saying we were due to bring the car for a service... What ??? Worst service ever.

Incredibly poor. Been in there for my last 3 tyre changes and today my vehicle has been damaged and I was left with no confidence that I would get a resolution. Regional Manager came in, saw blue paint scratched into the damage and still not taking responsibility. Had to pay or not get my car. Terrible customer experience and told that they had integrity. Which is basically saying I didn't. Really bad.

The team here took great care of my vehicle. The customer service is exceptional whether it be online or face to face. The environment is bubbly with friendly and caring staff. The facility itself is well maintained and looked after. The team should be proud of themselves. Waiting times are not an issue or worth considering as the team work their way around an effective schedule. They are an honest bunch of hardworking employees. Keep up the awesome work and wishing you all the very best.

Great service from Dee and her team, got us out of a bind with a new battery while travelling through Wellington.very grateful.

Went into the store for a puncture repair close onto their closing hours. They were more than happy to help and easy to deal with. Very quick repair and were also very thorough. 2 minute for the diagnosis and 10-15 mins for the repair, balance and re fit while they also check the spare and other tyres. In and out in well under 30 mins.

Never experienced such poor & sneaky business in my life. If you don't your car to cause any damage or trouble, go elsewhere.

Didn't had the tire I wanted. Was surprised as I have an Aqua and it's a most used car
