Had to chase for the quote, then had to chase them to organise a time to do the job. Last contact was with the boss and was told he would talk to the scheduler and come back to us with a time. Never heard from them again. Really unprofessional.

The skip truck broke a power line and didn't call the power company, so I came home, on a Saturday to no power, and no-one from this company answered my calls. They then turned up with a brand of roofing iron contrary to what was contracted to be supplied, with no application of variation, as per their own contract. They tried to tell me it was that product, told me they couldn't provide what was contracted as they had already purchased the roofing iron. Lawyers were called. Terrible experience.
