Worst service . Missing chips or worn drinks every order. They don’t even know how to cut veggies for burgers. Supposed to slice tomatoes and onions for burgers they chopped . Chips are soggy. Very bad experience 2nd time too.

Worst drive thru ever. Slowest I’ve ever been to. KFC is normally slow and you can except a wait in general terms, but wow, what an absolute terrible time! 1/10 will not return. (Staff weren’t the worst fyi, just bloody slow as hell)

We are KFC veterans and this KFC has been pretty average across the board but we received the worst service today. Drive thru staff didn't relay the order back to us or give us a total. Gave us our order, slammed the door shut before we could get a word in. Only when we said our order was wrong did the lady realise our card had declined. She wanted us to pay for a huge meal that we didn't order, and wouldn't let us change. We had no choice but to drive off with no food. Really simple mistake that could be avoided with simple protocol like relaying an order back to the customer rather than having an attitude.

waited in line for at least 20 minutes, then went to receive it and they'd missed an item off the order when we put it in and then later forgotten to put our burgers in the bag and we went back to get them and sure enough they were just sitting on their bench. so definitely won't be coming back here until they sort their service out.

After 20 odd minutes in the drive through that was at a standstill for most of that time, we decided to leave. That in itself was a task as the carpark and drive through queue allowed pretty much a one way system. Other cars decided to leave while we were there, some driving up over the grass to escape and others forcing their way out. I understand that at times there are valid reasons why service might be slow, staffing shortages, equipment and supply issues, but if that were the case, why wasn’t there a team member outside informing us…I am pretty unimpressed. To top it off, pretty strange scenario to see staff hogging the best car parks outside the front of the restaurant, i thought these would have been for clients dining in.

What a terrible display of customer service. I ordered via the drive-thru and when I got to the second window after paying, no one had given me my drinks. I asked for my drinks and the lady handing out the food gave the worst eye roll and attitude I've ever seen of someone working in fast food industry. It's as if I'd asked her to perform a miracle or something.

There were no clean tables. Waited at the counter for too long to ask for a cloth and spray to clean a table for ourselves as no staff member would come to the counter. Quite a line of customers within minutes waiting, also wanting a clean table. Although there were more than enough staff on. Part of our order was missing, so another wait at the counter for minutes before a staff member came to the counter. There is no customer service at this store as you order at kiosk. Staff clearly aren't aware that a customer waiting should be served. Wouldn't recommend it unless going through the drive thru.

Three times they have mucked up our order. Sitting in car park watching people wait 20 for drive through and then returning to get their order fixed. Food horrible, mine had a rotten flavour. Never again.
