I love my new bathroom from Phil and his team. The complete renovation was streamlined and fast, nothing was a problem. Phil's experienced project management and great taste made everything seem easy. The lovely builder Craig even fixed my front gate!I would absolutely recommend Bathroom concepts

I cannot speak highly enough of Phil and the Team at Bathroom Concepts. Phil took care of every detail, making the whole process stress free. Having a great eye for design, Phil was able to take my ideas and adapt them into two very funky modern bathrooms. He was also very flexible when I made small changes to the design along the way and made sure I knew that it was never too much trouble. I was also impressed by the courtesy, promptness, attention to detail and the high quality of the workmanship shown by all of the Team who worked in my house. Their communication was exceptional and both projects, the ensuite and bathroom, progressed precisely as promised. There were no surprises with the quote and the Team were true professionals. The resulting bathrooms are spectacular and I couldn't possibly be any happier. Phil and his team managed the whole process including design and advice of two bathrooms and a powder room total renovation. It was a pleasure working with Phil and his team and we are extremely happy with the outcome. I cannot say whether Bathroom Concepts are more or less expensive than others, since they were the only company I had contacted. But, as far as I am concerned, we got excellent value for our money.My wife and I both have demanding jobs and we were not keen on being involved in the nitty-gritty of the project. We needed someone who would manage the project without much day-to-day intervention from us. All we had to do was to make selections of various items and once we had agreed on the plan, Phil took charge of the entire project and we never had to bother with the project’s progress. Everything was done in a seamless manner. This was extremely helpful and reassuring for us since I was away for an extended period and my wife would have been hard-pressed if things had not gone to plan.Phil and his team made sure that even the smallest details were attended to. In fact, I was away overseas for a while during the Covid-19 crisis and was scheduled to go into self-isolation on my return. Phil and his team, with Aaron in particular, went above and beyond the call of duty to get one of our bathrooms ready for my return. Phil was extremely professional and timely in all his interactions with us and he always adhered to the deadlines that he had given us.All in all, it was an excellent experience dealing with Phil and the team. I have absolutely no hesitation in telling everyone looking to get their bathrooms renovated to go with Phil and Bathroom Concepts. Awesome company to deal with. From the quote to the Finish bathroom i was very impressed. Nice to have a tradesman do more than you expected. We will be getting Bathroom Concepts to do our second bathroom shortly. I wish there did kitchens too.

What a great experience. All team members were professional, capable and turned up when expected. Some delays on bathroom fittings, and had we known - we probably would have delayed project start until everything in stock. A pleasure to work with Phil and his team.

We engaged the services of Bathroom Concepts after having a friend associated with the building industry recommend them. From the very beginning we were impressed with their speed in providing us with a written quote and concept drawings.From the moment we engaged Phil and his team, the whole process ran likely a finely tuned machine. This is the first time ever, having carried out numerous renovations, that every tradesperson turned up when they indicated they would. Phil estimated that the ensuite would be finished within 3 weeks, and it was!
