Specsavers Optometrists - Mt Wellington

From when we first rang till we got our appointment was very fast Kevin was very good but a special shout out to Fabian he was very helpful and efficient overall he was very nice only con would be not much frames to choose from

Came in for a routine eye test at Specsavers Mt Wellington two days ago. I told the optometrist in charge of my test Kevin Lee that I was in a bit of a rush and he was able to quickly accommodate me. I've been getting eye tests for a while now and I noticed that there were quite a few new tests that were being done. Kevin satisfied my curiosity and even explained what those tests were. I think after this test, Kevin is now my second favourite optometrist of all time.

I had such a positive experience at Specsavers Mt Wellington! Helen was super knowledgable, professional, and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend! Fabian was amazing as well and really took the time to explain what I could expect. True professionals

Amazing customer service from Helen and Kevin Huang, took the whole family. Helen took extra time to answer all our questions with evidence based answers and even gave resources to take home. Easy parking. Only feed back customer chairs in assessment rooms need reviewing as not ergonomic

What an exceptional experience in customer service. I went about 2 weeks ago for an eye test which Tia took the pics and Kevin went through with me and he picked up something only I knew so absolutely impressed then told me what to do to help with that issue wow talk about going the extra mile so impressed. I bought frames which Jess was able to help me with, sorted the lenses and transition as well. I returned today and was assisted by the wonderful Fabian who went out of his way to help me with my frames and gave me such detailed information about care etc. Thank you so much for the outstanding brilliant service by all staff.

Came in for my eye appointment met with Lok Lam wow this guy knows his stuff from start to finish AAA+ anything you need to know about your eyes he will answer ! Then you choose your frames. I was assisted by Fabian really good at his job highly recommended.from what you choose to suit your face. If there a place to go for glasses or eye test mt Wellington specsavers is the place

I was very nervous having my first eye test but the team at Specsavers Lunn Ave were amazing and so friendly! They made it an easy process. In particular, Helen was incredible. She answered all my questions and calmed me because I was so nervous. Helen is a great professional who clearly cares about her clients and I would recommend her and this Specsavers to anyone wanting to get their eyes checked.

First went into Specsavers Optometrist - Mount Wellington Lunn Ave on Sunday 02/07/23 & was immediately greeted by the lovely & professional Tia. She was so patient & non judgemental & assisted my husband with his pre eye tests before he went to see Kevin the optometrist. Kevin was great, kind & very thorough. We went back today Sunday 09/07/23 & again the Beautiful Tia was there to greet us. She was prompt & assisted us both with deciding the right frames & sizes. She really went above & beyond helping us out with her suggestions & amazing customer service. She was professional at all times. Tia, we really appreciate the great work you do. Keep it up. Wishing you all the success in the future. Thank you both Tia & Kevin! Can’t wait to pick up hubby’s glasses.

Helen was amazing!!!! What a lovely experience to get my eyes checked out today! Helen was super friendly, knowledgeable, clear, patient and made me feel comfortable. The process was so easy and I loved how after the tests you went to separate private room to discuss everything . Everyone at specsavers Mt wellington thank you so much!
