Hi, I totally recommend this store, I went in with my surface and it was not going. I was really concerned they quoted my a fair price and told me to return in 20 minutes as they had a program that had a good chance to get my surface working. And yay it was all fine and they checked for viruses sorted it and they did something else which he said i could do at home. But as I am useless with these things he did it for me at no xtra charge . Really friendly efficient professional service totally recommend very very grateful. tku

Best service I have experienced! I had an issue with my laptop which they diagnosed and fixed, however there were more problems occurring so they took it back, held it and tested for a while, and it appeared fine, then occurred again, so they did the same until it was fixed. They didn't charge me extra, they just wanted to make sure my problem was solved, which they did end up solving. This shop and its employees/owners are trustworthy, authentic, and are genuinely there to help. I will come back to these guys always if I have technical repairs needed. Highly recommended.

I went in to get a new battery replacement for my Dad’s iPhone 6S. The staff there were very friendly. I rang before hand and they walked me through the issue. Also, the staff gave advice on optimum charging times to get the most out of the phone. Overall it was a positive experience and I do recommend this service to others. Walked in and left my phone with them, and they had it fixed within 2 hours, also they were mindful of my budget and offered solutions within my price range, great service, informative and helpful.

I highly recommend Mobile Phone Solutions - my phone had stopped working (because I dropped it). Thought they might need to replace the screen and was bracing myself for the cost of around $250. When I went back to collect it a few hours later, they had been able to fix it without replacing the screen and the cost was $30 WOW - I was very impressed and relieved. Helpful and friendly service - will definitely use them again - thanks .....
