Bought a new sewing machine online through Sew It and couldn't be happier with the service and delivery. Was hesitant to purchase from Christchurch to be delivered to North Island, but the machine was in perfect condition and Helen was very informative and helpful. Can't wait to visit the store next time I'm down South.

I have now had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Sew It Christchurch several times, buying my embroidery machine and accessories there. These days many businesses dont even reply to emails or bother to get back to you, but these guys go over and above. They have restored my faith in customer service. Excellent company to deal with. The item I ordered was not available but they went out of their way to suggest an alternative, didn't just say Out of Stock and leave me with nothing. Recommend Sewit, huge selection of stock, friendly and proactive staff, pricing good, will certainly check their website first next time I am looking for something.

Highly recommend, I've been in here a few times in the last week or so and everytime met with friendly knowledgeable staff that made you feel valued weather you were spending $5 or $5000. Also in one trip I brought 8 items 7 of them were so much cheaper than the other major retailer. Pays to shop local. These guys are awesome.
