Wayne and Karen were going out of their way to provide a quick solution for my blocked up Woodsman ECR logburner. They checked with me the night before and made sure they knew what model they are gonna deal with as this particular model is not easy to get into. Wayne had a special tool and is experienced enough to deal with this sort of Woodsman fireplace. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts. Will see you next year !
