Appointment with IRD is in most people's minds like visiting the dentist.Today I had to go in to make arrangements for paying a tax bill. The officer Shona was helpful, considerate and professional.Instead of the dentist this was more like visiting the physiotherapist.Excellent customer service.3 months later in self isolationNeeded to call them again by phone this time and I got the same professional, courteous and considerate service. Well done guys!

I was desperate and came to you for help, and you told me what I needed to know, but when I asked if you could put this in writing to stop a company from trying to take illegal action against me, you declined. This tells me your system is ill gotten and not helpful at all.

Just spoke to Tom in regards to my tax code, he was super helpful and friendly and if it weren't for him I would have chosen the wrong code. Call wait time was minimal too. Thanks Tom :)

Such as bunch of jokers! Never attend phone calls but very interested in our hard earned money. I have tried calling them for the past 2 months at least 6 to 10 times a week but never got to speak anyone!

Trying to get a hold of IRD is a joke! Happy to take my money, but when calling to clarify items, don’t want a bar of it. Go through 300 questions just to be told they cannot answer the phone. They could at least put me on hold. Sent a message through MY IR and have yet to hear back. Poor

Trying to get help over phone for the last few days, to speak to a real person instead of automated voice. The voice tells me that It is going to put me through to someone that can help me, then says they have a high volume of calls then call ends, rang like 8 times for three days. Still no real person to speak to, ahhh so frustrating.

Visited today 25 June 2021, around 11:15 am, the lady at the information count was super (forgot to ask for her name), will give her 12 of out 10 for her service, problem solved, and question answered.As for the 0800 number will give a -10 out of 10, asking a bunch of question then only thing you get is something like, we are too busy at moment so try again later
