The young girl on counter was really rude and had no idea what she was doing and after all the time she charged the wrong account and she was making faces like we are asking something wrong. Pathetic behaviour. I would never go back there

Not happy bought my wife I phone 13 and daughter S21 no chargers just cords for phones or earplugs customers service person did not say we had to buy separatelyVery disappointed

Most helpful Pleasant and explained everything while giving me options way better than their online shop which is absolutely unacceptable sold me the wrong items with the wrong package so yeah go to a Vodafone shop rather than doing anything online oh god for bed over the phone which is a definite no go
