The only reason why I'm giving this mobil a 1 star is because of the incompetent young guy that works behind the counter that speaks really slowly,Twice I've been to fill up there and served by him,I've had to wait for over 10mins (both times) because he's has done something over the till and has now frozen. He doesn't seem to know what he is doing and always seem lost and confused.Other staff that I've encountered there are really friendly and know what they are doing and I don't have any issues.

Our go to petrol station until today....price showed on billboard prompted us to fill up but after filling car i saw price on actual pump was 10c more. Questioned this at counter...guy said i would have to take it up with mobil...he couldn't help...i pointed out that it was false advertising.. poor customer service. Luckily the other guy came over to sort it...he agreed price should be honoured as their mistake in not changing signage. I wonder how many customers went there before me thinking they were getting what was advertised!!

Lovely place, great service,prices are really great for the budget. Caring and well manner people,they really look after there customers,and make sure we ain't waiting to long to be served. Plus the Mobil station is right by the beach.

Its a petrol station with plenty of on site goods. Get the mobil app on your phone and get free gifts as you spend on petrol etc. Gifts like free coffee - car washes - extra savings on petrol. With petrol prices going up all savings are a gift.

The station has its own set of terms and conditions for hiring a trailer which are not stated or mentioned to the customer when hiring a trailer. Lost my $20 trailer bond for being 10 minutes late for returning the trailer. The back of the hiring slip says they will reclaim $10 per hour over the hired time frame, which is fair enough, but they did not adhere to these terms and instead would not refund any of my $20 bond. If this is a term for their station they need to legally have this visible or verbally tell their customers hiring trailers. Never had this issue with any other station. Will not hire a trailer from Mobil Paremata again!
