I discovered one of the water pipes underneath the house was leaking. I looked on Google maps and selected Sumich Plumbing because they were near to where I live. I rang them in the morning and they said their plumber should be able to get to my house that day. A bit later on they rang and gave a 2 hour window in which the plumber would arrive, and he did arrive within that window. I felt sorry for him having to crawl through the mud underneath my house. I stood by just on the outside of the house near where the water lead was, and would turn the water on and off as requested. I was very impressed with the professional attitude of the plumber, he never grumbled about the mud, nor about the difficult place to work in. I was pleased to receive the bill without delay and paid it fairly soon afterwards. I felt the price I paid was about what I would have expected to pay. Overall, I am happy with the work they did and would happily employ them again.
