Always great service and have been great in an emergency when I ran out once! Have been with them in 2 properties and moving was easy. Always very helpful on the phone and delivery guys always polite and helpful too. Thanks

The service from the drivers is good. The service from the a/c managment person is garbage. Takes ages to reply to emails, if she does. Pointless ringing because you get a service person and the person you want to talk to doesn't call you back

It seems central have no idea what loacals can offer when i tried to order 9kg bottles with the 45kg order, they promised Nelson would call me but guess what ....no they did not

Very rude on the phone, no customer service. Was told that they would call back with an account query, no reply one week later. Dissapointing.

I have sent multiple emails since the first of July trying to set up a new account, phoned the store and left messages with the call centre and it’s now the 20th of July and I’ve had no reply.

Ordered exchange bottle, no show for three weeks then you despair, ring them and wait 15 minutes for someone to eventually answer the phone, seriously! As bad as a bank or airline....

Luckily to get one star quite frankly. Elgas service our crib on the West Coast and the communication from them is rubbish.I have sent two emails and left two voice messages asking for a please explain only to get nothing back.The drivers are awesome though and I appreciate the work they do.

I've been with Elgas for about 4 years now. Initial contact was a bit like do you want to deal with the man in charge or the woman who knows what's going on" but - thankfully - the "woman who knows what's going on" is now also "the person in charge" ... and that's the way it works best.I really can't fault Elgas ... they schedule their own refill interval (based on how much we're using) and then just eMail through a proof-of-delivery when it's done. Consistent - reliable - friendly - no-fuss.Highly recommended."
