They always help me with my new cell phones because I'm slow in installing stuff on new phones due to poor sight and I'm 52 years old women always dealt with spark have my landline with them and they give me top service I have my cell phone account joined to my landline account plus unlimited internet etc but having a spark Store in Gisborne is the best quality service must give a thumbs up to the young girls who have helped me big smiles from me

Retired Police Officer from WA returned home after 50 years Overseas...walked in to the Gisborne shop on the 14th of May and the guy that I spoke to was sitting down on his phone. He appeared to be disinterested and probably judgemental of my looks.I had researched Sparks pre paid wifi system and thinking since I was already with them I would keep it going.Firstly he asked if I was in a campervan..not that its his business so I went along with his presumption.I asked him about the pre paid wifi and he said..The unit will cost $250 and the plan is $69 a month. I advise him I wanted a prepaid unit and again he said it would cost me $250 and whatever plan I choose.At no time did he even get up or show me the unit's.So after this piss poor performance..I walked out of the shop and walked 180mtrs to the Vodaphone shop where they showed me and talked me through my optuons.Yes on this I purchased a $99 unit and a $40gig plan all at $145.00.VODAPHONES SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE..Just on your presentation and poor customer service SPAK GISBORNE you lost another customer.KA PAI."

The nice girls who work here do the best they can given the hard job they have. No males on staff which they need and they get very busy.
