Fixed my 2015 MacBook Pro quickly. I'm surprised and glad they were able to get the parts. Kept updating on the status of the repair via email and their website. Customer service reps on their emails are very kind and helpful.

These guys are amazing. Gave me great advice which meant apple paid for a replacement device for me. Great communication too.

I took my phone in on apple care scheduled at 10am to get fixed it’s front screen, get told I should get both front and back fixed and sent away but I needed a loaner phone. I also needed to cancel an existing repair request which they made me call up apple to do only to be told after being left on hold for 20 min that the shop could have done themselves. They take an hour to set loaner phone up which is fine so I came back thinking I would be able to take it and go set it up here in Wellington before I had to leave by 1 pm to get somewhere important. I start setting it up only to find my sim doesn’t work in it. I take it back already late, only for them to make me wait for someone to get back from lunch. I wait for about 45 min in total in their sitting room when I rang the bell and they come out and had never come across this before and can’t give me a loaner phone cause i have a spark SIM card that doesn’t go in any of their phones. I asked for the full refund and left not to get offered any sort of compensation for the time they wasted and the fact I was over 1 hour late to where I needed to be. I spent half my day in that office. Absolutely disgusting from an apple certified repairer.

I found my experience very helpful. A wonderful young lady assisted me with my query about a troubled Apple Watch, I was also advised to go see them by another Tech store in Wellington who said they would be the next best contact. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Got a new battery for my MacBook under the customer warranty and the service was amazing and so simple. Filled in the form online, dropped my laptop off, had constant email updates to know how it's coming along. Dropped off Monday morning and was ready Friday afternoon. Seamless and just picked up my laptop and got my $90 refunded back. Couldn't recommend this place enough! They also cleaned my laptop screen up as it looks brand new. Love!!!

Would've given more stars if it wasn't for the security screws which were left out after the battery replacement on an iPhone. However, the service technician was quick to notice and went out their way to rectify the issue after hours(over the weekend). Therefore, I would still recommend, but make sure the item serviced is complete.

Had batteries on a couple of iPhones replaced. They have good processes. Easy as. Highly recommended over the alternatives.

Bought a new laptop that turned out to be a dud. They fixed it, then shortly afterward the thing developed a rattle; I came back and they were happy to sort it out that afternoon even though I was outside the 3 month warranty period. Bravo

Excellent service. Front-of-house staff was joyous and informative. The issues with my MBP were sorted and now it feels like new. Shoutout to Jared Wise for the solid mahi :)
