Extremely disappointed by my interactions with Nancy Loane. Ee carried out a repair to a neighbouring fence between properties that their client requested prior to sale but when the work was completed in October 2020, we were never paid for the work and now RW are saying its not their problem. RW was the landlord/property manager at the time of the work carried out.Will make sure not to agree to any work with them in the future!!!!

Nancy has been absolutely amazing in helping us sort out a difficult situation with our rental house. She has communicated well and put in many hours of work to sort out a problem that wasn't her making! Leeann is our property manager at Ray White - she does an great job managing our units. Hands down the most active and on-to-it property manager I have worked with in Northland.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leeann to anyone looking to have their property professionally managed in Kaitaia.

Ruth is extremely helpful and excellent at getting things done when they need to be. Her property inspections are thorough and I wouldn't expect anything less. We are always asked if we have any questions or concerns and even if we are happy where we are renting. I feel extremely comfortable during my property inspections and don't feel like I have a stranger walking through the house.
