Their customer service is only rivaled by the service itself! I am blown away by how fantastic everything was from initial communication to the completed sweep, which was done so professionally and carefully. Sarah and Alexi are both amazing to deal with. Should be 6 stars really!!

Highly recommend. Excellent service from the whole team. Alexi took a lot of care and explained everything he did. Not only did a thorough clean but fixed a leak and silenced an incredibly noisy flue cap that was crashing and bashing around in the wind.

These guys go the extra mile, they're super friendly and will make sure your fire is safe and clean without trying to get extra money out of you with all sorts of unnecessary parts replacements etc like some sweeps working in this area will. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great experience! We had a problem with our rain cap not working as it should and instead of replacing it for $600 like the other company suggested it's been slightly modified costing us only $80. Great value and people that know their stuff!

Sarah respond promptly to my email booking and arranged our chimney service quickly. Alexi did a top notch job of checking it over and provided helpful advice on when various parts may need replacing. I will definitely be booking Log Fire Services every year for our annual chimney service.
