I had been seeing Renae for massages in her previous role at The Muscle Joint (now closed) so was thrilled to find her again, running her own new business. I had really missed her massages which help keep the muscles on my shoulders and back loose and free of tension. This has really helped to reduce the number of severe headaches I get when these muscles get tight.
