The staff was very kind. I had booked a night by mistake on the wrong date, and they were so kind to give me a full refund despite my mistake. True Kiwi attitude at its best. Highly recommend!

Large room with beautiful large windows to view the lake and the sky. Great heating and bathroom include a large bath that we enjoyed soaking in.The owners provided a standard English “full cooked” breakfast which was sufficient for what we needed - more driving and scenery. Great chats with a super friendly couple.

Decor and overall design of place was good. The full length floor to ceiling windows gave great views of the night sky.The room was spacious and fit 3 x full size luggage, fully opened up, with no issue. We even had space to pack in the wedding gowns into the luggage.Bed was nice and comfortable, toilet was spacious with a tub and toiletries provided.Breakfast was delicious, with a nice conversation with Dennis & Joanne. They recommended a visit to Mt John on our drive out to Mt Cook, which had fabulous views.

Nice accommodation on the way into Tekapo. We stayed over Labour Weekend. The view from the room was stunning.Staff were lovely.The only issue we had was that the sliding doors on the front of the room were misaligned and there was a gap between the doors at the top and bottom of the doors. Also there does not appear to be any soundproofing as we could hear the conversation in the neighboring unit.

(Lake view room, end-Sep) Cozy room with a beautiful view of the lake and snow capped peaks. Even more awesome was the night sky view and a very friendly, responsive and helpful Winnie the host. Altogether, our stay was very enjoyable!

Had an amazing time at three rivers lodge this summer. Joanne always very nice and welcoming, was waiting for us in our arrival and provided all information we needed.Premium location and easy to spot.The lodge felt very comfortable and new. Bonus for the gas oven (which is quite hard to find in nz).I would definitely come back next time I visit Tekapo.

Locations was perfect, had a view of the mountains from all around and a lake front the front. The hosts were super friendly and the breakfast was delightful. You can see that they did not skimp on anything in the rooms and it was a fantastic tasting stay! Highly recommend it!

Winnie was a brilliant host! Great communication and made our last minute booking very easy! Greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Very clean, warm, cozy place to stay, will definitely recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay with Joanne and Dennis and would highly recommend this accommodation. The uninterrupted view of the lake is so peaceful and we enjoyed our short walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd and then continued on into town for a cold beveridge.Breakfast was fabulous, as was the company.
