Really great tasting food! Interesting Asian fusion which tastes amazing. Only issue I found is that this place gets extremely noisy which means you are shouting to the person next to you.We grabbed the set menu which came with a entree. Not sure what my dish was called but tasted amazing!

went here for a birthday , the food was good and the service was good.great place for big groups, we did byo wine and had some good meals herei will probably eat rice dish if there will be a next time

Nice decor and welcoming, friendly staff. Good range of options on the menu and our meals were delicious; very flavoursome with good level of spice. Draft Orion was perfectly chilled.

I dined in at Po’ Brothers in Ponsonby and was immediately impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the welcoming staff to seat me. The restaurant interior was black and sleek with orientalists lantern embellishments leaning to the Thai Isaan influenced cuisine.My entree of Prawn Blossom Rolls served with Japanese sesame sauce was divine and my main of Som Tam Salad, Grilled Chicken and sticky rice was exquisite, so fragrant and super hot and spicy as requested. Highly recommended with distinction!

Po Brothers staff are super accommodating and have great service! We were able to get a table of 5 on very short notice, even though the restaurant was already busy. We ordered two bottles of Soju, the waiter noticed 20 minutes later that we had not drunk it yet, he took it back to fridge to keep in cold for us till we finished eating, this waiter was fab! He was funny, made jokes and recommendations on what to eat - loved him!We got the set menu with BYO - really great value, highly recommend it.

Don’t waste a cent of your money here!We booked a week ahead for a party of 10 - and had probably the worst restaurant experience we have had anywhere in Auckland.- 7 out of 12 of the entrees on the menu were unavailable- service was non existent, one of our party ended up gathering up the main orders and giving them to the only staff member visible- we then waited for mains to be delivered only to be told further items were unavailable- 2 of the meals were returned as they were essentially inedible- table remained uncleared right the way through dinner and was still not cleared at the end of the meal- corkage charged even though we served our own drinksOverall - a complete waste of $430 for garbage food and non existent service - the only thing to show for it was a ruined night outDo yourself a favour and eat elsewhere - there are heaps of great restaurants in Ponsonby Road - this isn’t one of them.

We ordered Fish, The 3 Kings, Drunken Noodle and Fried Korean Chicken. From those 4 goods we ordered only Drunken Noodle not salty but a bit overly sweet. The 3 Kings and Korean Chicken were very salty. The Fish is a bit too sour, I think too much Tamarind? The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very good for gathering and having a chat over with friends. As for the drink unfortunately they don't provide cocktails.
