I'd give 0 stars if I could for the way I was spoken too.Had a very unpleasant conversation with Faye via their fb page. She made me feel as if I was not trying hard enough to keep in contact with my partner who is currently staying up there. I do not have a phone for him to ring me on, and he already knows this. Nor do I have access to a phone or phone box? I'm a single mother of 3, so getting up an leaving the house late at night is not very ideal for me or my kids. How is it ok for them to pass a message on from him but not ok for them to pass a message on from me? I find this very unprofessional, as she could have spoken abit more sincere. Especially when she doesn't know my current situation. Thank you.
