Josh was great from initial contact through to delivery. We purchased the caravan in Feb 23 right when the problems started with ferries (we live in Upper Hutt so needed to get it across the straight) in this circumstance Josh allowed us to leave the van there for six weeks (earliest ferry booking). Our crossing was cancelled which threw us into a tail spin and Josh came to the rescue with a contact to bring the van over for us. The caravan itself was just as described on Trade Me, it exceeded our expectations when we recieved it. I would highly recommend Josh as an honest, helpful and good guy.
