I Purchased a water filter from the company owner, Mr George Taylor. George works part time and it was a lengthy and clumsy sales process. George Taylor supplied the wrong part and then tried to come up with a number of reasons that the product was correct, however in the end he admitted that he had supplied the wrong part. The part cost $739, I was refunded $500, a 32.5% re stocking fee. To date I have had no explanation to his credit or restocking fee, all I know Is George Taylor made $239 for doing nothing, by supplying the wrong part. The is fraudulent behaviour and not what I expected from a 3rd generation Nz owned company. I wonder if George is in some kind of financial difficulty, due to the partial refund. I would suggest to purchase water filters elsewhere from water filter professionals. Please see attached email from George. There are no terms and conditions on there invoices, nor any return polices, even through they don'nt apply as the wrong product was supplied by George. AVOID APL, ANTHONY PRESTON LTD AND GEORGE TAYLOR, not to be trusted
