I moved into my place about 6 years ago and needed a washing machine and dryer. I had no money, having just escaped an abusive marriage. I found this company and they delivered my second hand appliances fast and installed them..no hassles. Then the washing machine motor broke after about 8 months. I think by then it was out of warrantee. I asked them what to do and next thing, I get a new second hand washing machine delivered and installed no cost and it is still going strong. These people are simply the best.

in 2011 i brought a second hand washing machine from Terrace End Appliance when they had a shop at Rangitikei Street and never ever had to repair it and is still working why because we never over filled it. Thank you Terrace End. Bless you.

The first time it failed was under warranty but you never really solved the problem. It kept having the same motherboard failure (3 times!). You should pick up the washing machine yourself and give me the refund.

We bought a Samsung washing machine that stopped working twice to begin with( motherboard died the first month) The second time asked for a refund and he said NO. Died a third time and here we are. Spent 500$ + a lot of money on laundromat + a washing machine that never worked well. The guy asking us to take it it to Palmerston North saying we shouldn't get a refund. Worst deal ever, extremely rude trader.

I brought an Elba washing machine from Terrace End used appliances 12 months ago. It still goes very well and I have never had a problem. I was happy with the reasonable price and the free delivery and installation.
