Our visit here was impromptu, no set day or time, just pop in when you have time is what I was told. The kerb appeal is lovely. Inside you instantly feel the warmth. The atmosphere is inviting as are the staff. We met Nadine and if shes an example of their calibre of staff, any concerns you may have about leaving your loved ones there will immediately disappear. My sister and I left Keringle Park Resthome feeling very impressed and certain that our mum would be absolutely fine here.

Very dirty

Great care but probably needs some renovations to the inside of the home. New carpet...needs a fresness about the place.

I have been working in the health sector for the past six years both in aged care facilities and in the community, a majority of that time I have been a service manager or a unit coordinator and have had many dealings with a range of people within the sector including many registered healthcare professionals.Never in my years have I spoken to person as passionate, dedicated or as inspiring as the owner of this facility. She called me the night before last to aquire a reference for one of my former staff members, the conversation quickly turned into an in-depth stimulating chat about the struggles within our sector, the workface and the challenges that patients, clients and residents are conditioned to in Aoetearoa. In the hour long conversation we could have fixed so many gaps within our system.I would be completely relieved if my family were to be offered a bed at Keringle Park, I don't say that lightly. I would rest easy knowing that the people caring for my loved one starting with the owner of the establishment were as dedicated, attentive and as caring as I would be.Thank you for the chat.
