CALL TO CHECK ITS OPEN BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO THIS POST OFFICE!!! They just change their hours at will when they feel like it. NZ Post COVID is over, if you are having issues with getting enough staff in to keep the post office open during normal hours then you are not compensating your staff adequately.NZ Post before you reply with a generic response telling me to send feedback on your feedback page, this IS my feedback to you.

Definitely call to see if they’re open! Walked quite a way in bad weather on a Saturday only to find they close at 12pm not 5pm as stated on google when you look them up. I strongly advise they update their hours on here

Great customer service here. A wonderful lady helped me package a fragile item (even though their not allowed) and the package was sent to the address within 3 days despite being fragile and heavy. Thank you to NZ Post and the team at NZ Post Newmarket!

Pleasant staff willing to help. Also can be used as a drop off for couriered goods for collection rather than leaving them in a unsafe place.

bad organisation.Missed my parcel, opt for a redirect, they said I'll get an email once it arrives. No email. So I call them, they says it's arrived, but say the store is closed, google says it's open so I go anyway, and it's open. Sit there for 30mins while they look for my package, only for them to come back saying they can't find it. If I had the choice, I would never ever use nzpost.

Physical service is good but their online offering is getting worse and is now very poor. On the address lookup for their 'Contact Us' form, my address does not come up. And this is the post office... Also the form is much too long, especially when I am logged into my account. And the parcel tracking messages no longer make any sense.

Ridiculous that you can’t opt to have parcels left at your house if no one’s home, then if you don’t have the slip with the tracking number they won’t give you your parcel when you go to collect even though they have it

Empty post office and I wasn’t allowed to carry my small, quiet dog in. Nowhere outside to tie him up. Essential services need to be accessible.
