We are very happy with how efficient our log burner is now that Jay came and gave it a major overhaul while being mindful of costs. We had recently moved to Glenleith and my husband was very impressed that Jay took the time to explain about the correct paint for the masport wood burner and said that Jay was very professional and helpful. The wood burner is working brilliantly and has been in constant use over winter.

Couldn't do the flue repair even though i book them for it. Wasted $80 since my chimney didn't need cleaning. I was happy with the 1st clean so i booked them for the repair. Shd had said they can't repair it when i booked online; instead took my money for doing NOTHING!

Peter is fantastic. He gave excellent advice about my fire sharing tips on how to maintain it and what to do and where to go if it needed parts. While on the roof he checked my gutters and he is now going to give them a clean too! What a great guy and a great service. You have won me over, you will be my first port of call for my fire.

Fantastic service! Quick, efficient, chimney sweep and check of the whole fireplace. Friendly and so knowledgeable. Jay had heaps of advice and tips to make sure I was using the fireplace in the most efficient way. I just wish I had got him in six years ago when I bought my house as I could have benefited from all his advice since then! Will definitely be using Extreme Clean again!

I have to agree with the other reviews for this company. Jay's advice concerning my old Schooner wood burner was invaluable, and it was great to deal with someone who's not only smart and knowledgeable but also fair, honest, and reliable. A very tidy & thorough job. Happy to leave a 5 star recommendation.
