Excellent customer service! There were issues with the washing machines due to the flooding and the owner reacted promptly, fixed the issue and paid for a few cycles for all affected customers to make up for lost money. Plenty of machines available, various sizes, convenient location with parking right outside. Highly recommendable!!!

Clean, tidy and have never had to wait for either a washing machine or a dryer. Uses exposed which is great.

Owners were lovely and very helpful. Large machine and dryer took the equivalent of 4 regular loads of washing and only took about an hour to get it all washed and dried. Reasonable pricing.

Was not as clean as other laundromat's in whangarei, could do with a rubbish bin, easy cycle selection and payment all done by eftpos. Cashless machines and quick response as machine played up. small carparking and reasonably priced.

Good laundry place, just didn't realise I could use my EFTPOS so I got the card. Clean washing machines and dryers, algood.

Parked right outside, lots of free machines available. Reasonable prices. No cash which suited me. Choose your machine & water temp via eftpos. Had issue with dryer 16 which owner sorted straightaway.
