I've always failed to consistently get to a gym.From my very first session everyone was welcoming, and it really helps you want to come back again and again.Each class is very manageable for all levels of fitness.Highly recommend.

Home away from home!This place is something else. You feel seen, heard and cared for. Really strong community feel and great premises. The workout concept behind BFT is so well thought through, the results come almost instantly. Thank you Gab, Dan and Jeremy for creating this amazing space. It really is life changing for so many people.
